CAMPS & CLASSES

• We accept  both Beginner and Returning Students  during our Spring & Fall Saturday Sessions.

• We currently accept  5th‐11th grade public‐school and home‐school students. 

• We welcome  all genders  to attend our girl‑focused camps and classes. Currently, about 10% of our students are boys.

• We also now accept  students from surrounding counties  — Effingham, Bryan, Liberty, Jasper, & Beaufort.

• Girls Code Savannah Saturday Sessions are  100% tuition‑free.  Drinks and snacks are always included.

• Starting in  Fall 2026,  there is a  $10 Commitment Fee  for  Beginner Student registrations. 

• This small fee  helps ensure all available Beginner spots are filled  keeping our student waitlist to a minimum so we can serve as many new coders as possible.

• There is  No Commitment Fee for Returning Students. 

• Girls Code Savannah Fall 2026 Saturday Sessions will be held at the  Bull Street & SW Chatham branches  of the  Live Oak Public Library.

• All sessions are from  11am ‐ 2pm. 

• Our  Beginner Students  will learn basic HTML & CSS coding skills and  build a personal website. 

• Our  Returning Students  will continue to  build  their  coding,   technology,  &  AI skills. 

• Technically no, but it is highly recommended.

• While a student can attend only 1 session,  they will get the most value by attending at least 3  of the 4 sessions.

• Consistent attendance ensures they gain a deeper understanding of the code, complete a final project, and build lasting friendships.

• Plus, Beginner students who attend at least 3 sessions will earn an invitation to our exclusive week-long Winter Camp! 

• If a student has a laptop they can bring,  we highly encourage it for 2 reasons: 

(1) to have enough laptops available for students who cannot bring one and

(2) for the student to be able to continue working on their coding projects at home.

•  For students who cannot bring a laptop,  we will have a  limited number of laptops available.
